Returns & Exchanges:

All changes and returns must be authorized by Casa Nativa.


You have 15 calendar days after the item has been delivered by the courier to make a size change. It is necessary to send an email to: atencion@casanativa.mx indicating the reason for the change. The parts to be changed must be in perfect condition, new and with their corresponding labels. Once we receive the package to be exchanged, the new part will be sent to you with a tracking guide in the same way as the initial purchase.


*Shipping costs are not refundable.

*NO exchanges on custom made pieces.


You have 3 calendar days after the part has been delivered by the courier to make a return. It is necessary to send an email to: atencion@casanativa.mx indicating the reason for the return. The returned parts must be in perfect condition, new and with their corresponding labels. Once we receive the package to be returned, and its status is checked, your refund will be processed through the same payment method you used in 5 business days. NOTE: $100.00 will be deducted from your total refund as the cost of return.

In case of return by default, which will have to be verified with images and description in an email during the first 3 calendar days after receiving the purchase, the cost of return and shipping is not charged.
